The China International Language and Culture College, Krirk University, Department of Chinese, College of Liberal Arts, Rangsit University, College of Chinese Language, Faculty of Humanities, Ramkhamhaeng University, and the Confucius Institute at Burapha University jointly organised the 3rd International Research Conference on Chinese Studies on 19 November 2021. The theme of the seminar is "Chinese Studies in the Changes of the New Era". The seminar revolves around Chinese humanities and social sciences, Chinese language and culture, Chinese international teaching, and Chinese translation topics.

          The Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) is honored to co-organise the seminar. Executive Director of SCCL Dr Foo Suan Fong was invited to give a keynote speech, with the topic of "New Opportunities, New Challenges: New Thinking on Teaching and Research of Chinese as a Second Language".
