Mdm Chau Sook Kuan

        Mdm Chau Sook Kuan was appointed as a Master Teacher for Chinese Language in January 2020 and has since joined Singapore Centre for Chinese Language. She was previously a lecturer with the Asian Languages and Cultures Academic Group, National Institute of Education. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from National University of Singapore before obtaining her master's degree from National Institute of Education, where she is currently pursuing her PhD. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Mdm Chau believes in the use of reflective teaching in achieving effective learning. She hopes to facilitate and promote research and rigour in pedagogical practices to continue improving the level of professionalism of teachers.
