This course aims to help preschool teachers understand the key concepts and influencing factors of children's emotional and social development, grasp the supporting role of adults in the development process, and use attachment theory and social psychological development theory to analyze children's behavior. The course combines classroom lectures, video analysis, group discussions and practical reflection to guide teachers to design response strategies and improve their ability to support children's emotional regulation and interpersonal interaction, thereby creating a warm, safe and development-friendly learning environment.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the core concepts of emotional and social development and their main influencing factors
- Explore the key role of adults in supporting children's emotional and social development
- Use attachment theory and social psychological development theory to analyze children's behavior and reflect on educational practice
