The course explores how to combine inquiry-based learning with listening and speaking of Chinese language learning. covering how to set up inquiry-based learning tasks and strategies of effective evaluation.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Acquire the basis theories and the fundamental concepts of Inquiry-based Learning (IBL).
Understand the principles of IBL and its effective implementation strategies
Implement IBL in CL lessons and evaluate its effectiveness
The course covers the following topics:
Concepts and theories of Inquiry-based Learning (IBL).
Approaches and strategies in planning and implementing IBL.
How to effectively infuse IBL into the CL curriculum.
Evaluating IBL projects and assignments.
