In an effort to promote local Chinese literary writing and cultivate student’s interest in learning Chinese, Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL)  and the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL)  will be co-organising the National Creative Story Writing Competition for Secondary Students. Winning entries of the competition will be published as a series of Chinese graded readers for local secondary students, and all Singapore secondary schools will receive complimentary sets of the graded readers.
